We are Electro, a fast-growing hydration brand doing real volume across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. We make liquid-core electrolyte chewing gum and we work with hundreds of creators. We are looking for a Data Entry VA to help us find the next wave of them.

This role is for someone who genuinely likes repetitive, high-volume work. Not someone looking for variety or creative input, but someone who can sit down, follow a clear checklist, and hit the same number every single day without the quality slipping. You will be pulling publicly available creator info from TikTok Shop and logging it into a structured Google Sheet we already built. We train you on exactly what to look for.

Main Responsibilities:

Find top-performing affiliates and creators on TikTok Shop based on the criteria we give you

Log handle, follower count, contact info, category, and engagement into our Google Sheet

Hit your daily entry quota consistently

Flag duplicates and anything that does not fit our criteria

Send a quick end-of-day update on what you completed

Who we are looking for (creator criteria):

Follower count between 5,000 and 100,000. Under 100k is a hard ceiling.

Mostly female creators, roughly 70 to 80 percent of what you log

Gym and fitness focused. Weightlifting, pilates, running, HYROX, CrossFit, group fitness, sports.

Active, posted at least 3 times in the last 14 days

Real engagement, not just follower count

US based

Skip anyone already promoting a competing hydration brand (Liquid IV, Prime, LMNT, Gatorade)

Workflow & Delivery:

Follow clear briefs and stick to the criteria exactly

Deliver your number consistently, every day

Keep the sheet clean and organized for team review

Communicate through Slack

Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow to move faster

Requirements:

Reliable high-speed internet (non-negotiable, you will be loading hundreds of pages a day)

Comfortable and fast in Google Sheets

TikTok downloaded and genuinely familiar with the platform, especially TikTok Shop

Strong attention to detail. We care more about accuracy than speed.

Proficient in written English

Ability to follow instructions without needing them repeated

Speed and efficiency

Previous data entry, lead gen, or influencer research experience

Salary: $300/month ($3/hour)

Hours: 25 hrs per week
