Web Designer (Squarespace, Wordpress, & Shopify)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Designer with expert-level proficiency in Squarespace, Shopify, and WordPress. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design visually stunning, user-friendly, and functional websites. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining websites that align with our brand and business goals, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom websites on Squarespace, Shopify, and WordPress platforms.

• Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.

• Ensure websites are visually appealing, responsive, and optimized for performance.

• Customize templates and create unique designs tailored to client needs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any platform-related issues.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing and building websites on Squarespace, Shopify, and WordPress (portfolio required).

• Strong understanding of web design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred but not mandatory).

• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (both written and verbal).

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with SEO best practices.

• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.

• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
