Experienced Pool Service VA Needed, Customer Service & Dispatch (High-Level Role)

We are not looking for a typical VA.

We are ONLY looking for someone who already understands how a pool service company operates.

If you do not have direct experience working with a pool service company, this role is not a fit.

About Us

We are Palmway Pools, a premium pool service company servicing residential homes and Airbnb properties.

Our clients rely on us to keep their pools in perfect condition, especially when guests are involved.

This is a high-responsibility environment where communication, urgency, and accuracy matter every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will act as the operational bridge between customers and field technicians.

This is not basic support, this is real operations.

• Answer inbound calls and messages from customers
• Dispatch and route technicians efficiently
• Handle scheduling, rescheduling, and urgent pool issues
• Communicate clearly with both customers and techs
• Track service jobs, repairs, and follow-ups
• Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Follow up with customers after service
• Document everything accurately

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

You MUST have experience working with a pool service company.

This includes understanding:

• Weekly pool service workflows
• Pool chemistry basics (chlorine, pH, algae, etc.)
• Common pool issues and how they are handled
• Equipment basics (pumps, filters, salt systems)
• How dispatching works in a pool service business

• Reliable and responsive, we move fast
