We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing and Catalog Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience**, with strong expertise in email marketing and hands-on experience creating, printing, and distributing product catalogs.

This role will be responsible for developing and managing email campaigns, creating and updating product catalogs, coordinating with printing vendors, maintaining customer mailing lists, and ensuring marketing materials are completed and distributed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns and email blasts
• Write engaging email content, subject lines, promotional messages, and calls to action
• Maintain, organize, and update customer email and mailing lists
• Monitor email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, responses, and conversions
• Create and update printed and digital product catalogs
• Organize product descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and other catalog content
• Assist with catalog layout, design, formatting, and overall presentation
• Proofread catalogs and marketing materials for accuracy, grammar, formatting, and consistency
• Coordinate catalog revisions and obtain approvals before printing
• Request printing quotes and compare pricing, quality, turnaround times, and delivery options
• Coordinate with printing companies and mailing vendors throughout the production process
• Review digital or printed proofs before approving final production
• Monitor catalog printing schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate the packaging, mailing, and distribution of catalogs to customers and prospects
• Maintain accurate records of catalogs printed, mailed, and delivered
• Manage inventory levels of printed catalogs and request additional copies when needed
• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to keep catalog information current
• Provide regular updates and reports on email campaigns, catalog projects, and distribution

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in email marketing, catalog production, digital marketing, or a related role
• Strong experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns
• Experience creating, editing, and coordinating the printing of product catalogs
• Familiarity with catalog layouts, print-ready files, printing specifications, and proof approval
• Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools is preferred
• Strong written English, proofreading, editing, and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, deadlines, and approval processes
• Experience maintaining customer databases or CRM records is a plus
• Must be willing to remotely access a company PC in the United States through GoToMyPC and use a daily work tracking system
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment

Work Schedule

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM US Eastern Time, with a one-hour lunch break.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: 27,000 to 32,000php monthly depending on qualifications.
