About the Role

Role Type: Full-Time (Remote)
Hours: 35 hours/week exclusive of 45min break
Location: Offshore (Remote)
Reporting to: Director
Salary: £400/month
Bonus: Quarterly performance bonus (based on follower growth, content quality & scheduling consistency)
Working Hours Requirement:
Working hours are 5am to 1pm GMT (Uk Hours)

ABOUT THE ORGANISATION

We are a UK-based group of education services, and community-based initiatives supporting young adults with learning disabilities and the wider community.

You will create and manage content for our brands and companies

This is a long-term, stable role with opportunities to grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Social Media Content Creation
Create daily content following our colour-coded 3-week posting system
Edit short-form videos (Reels 10–30 seconds) using CapCut, VN, or similar
Design Canva graphics, including:
Carousels
Posters
Event graphics
Quote cards
Timetable visuals
Ensure content matches each brand’s tone and identity
Add captions, hashtags, cover designs, and relevant tags
Write SEO-friendly captions
Add alt-text and descriptive metadata to content
Support with keyword-aware content themes

2. Marketing & Print Design
Design A4/A5 print-ready flyers, posters, leaflets, menus and brochures
Create PDF one-pagers for commissioners, parents, and partners
Prepare event branding (posters, banners, signage, menus, social promos)
Format documents for print and email distribution

3. Scheduling & Platform Management
Schedule ALL posts 1 week in advance using Metricool
Manage content calendar across all brands
Ensure NO posting days are missed
Upload content correctly to Instagram, Facebook and (later) TikTok
Optimise posting times

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Essential Skills
Advanced Canva skills (flyers, leaflets, brochures, posters, carousels)
Strong Reels / video editing ability
Good written English (UK tone preferred)
Highly organised and consistent
Experience managing multiple social media accounts
Ability to follow structured systems and processes
Reliable internet and daily communication

Desirable Skills
Metricool, Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite experience
Presentation design (PowerPoint / Canva templates)
Basic website editing (replacing images/banners)
Familiarity with SEN, education, care or community content
Experience working with UK clients

WORKING HOURS
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Flexible schedule

  • Rest of the hours can be worked according to your local timezone

PERFORMANCE BONUS (Quarterly)

  • Paid every 3 months based on:
  • Content consistency
  • Posts scheduled 1 week in advance
  • No missed posting days
  • Follower growth across all brands
  • Organised content library
  • Quality of designs and accuracy
