Klaviyo Email & SMS Marketing Specialist UK/US Agency

We're FaberX, a UK/US-based marketing agency working with e-commerce brands. We're hiring a full-stack email and SMS marketer to own retention marketing for our client accounts end to end.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Building and deploying email flows and campaigns in Klaviyo (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back)
Building SMS flows and campaigns in Klaviyo alongside email (cart recovery texts, back-in-stock, campaign blasts)
Designing email templates following client brand guidelines
Adapting email and SMS copy from briefs when needed
Segmentation and list management across both channels
A/B testing subject lines, send times, and content
Deliverability monitoring, list hygiene, and SMS compliance (opt-in/opt-out handling, quiet hours)
Monthly performance reporting across email and SMS (opens, clicks, revenue attribution)
QA-ing everything before it goes live

You'll work from clear briefs — strategy and client communication are handled on our side. Your job is accurate, high-quality execution.
REQUIREMENTS:

1–2+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience (we will test this)
Experience running SMS through Klaviyo (or Postscript/Attentive with willingness to work in Klaviyo)
Portfolio of email designs and flows you've built
Experience with Shopify-integrated Klaviyo accounts
Strong written English
Figma proficiency is a plus
Reliable internet and 3–4 hours daily overlap with UK time (GMT/BST)
