Customer Service Operations Specialist

You’ll join Performia Australia, part of a global Swedish HR consultancy operating in 26 countries. Our mission is to train and support business owners so they know how to identify and build productive, safe and fun teams.

Your mission is to guide our “Journey” clients through that process. You’ll be their partner, coach, and mentor. You’ll establish new clients, troubleshoot their hiring processes, and help them implement the Performia methodology. You’ll ensure they get the results they signed up for: hiring the right people and building a high-performing team.

We have a growing base of clients who have signed up for the Journey. They need hands-on support to implement the system. We need you to take full ownership of a client portfolio, proactively check in with them, and guide them to success.

The role will be challenging and requires responsibility. You will be depended on. You need to be able to take initiative and be accountable for your clients' progress. You need to be comfortable working independently and troubleshooting problems without hand-holding.

You’ll be working for the Australian office, servicing the Australian clients. Even though you’ll work from home, you will have plenty of interaction every day with the rest of the team based in Australia, Philippines and China.
