Outbound Appointment Setter

You've achieved great results in sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing. You're resilient, you don't take rejection personally, and you understand that the phone is your primary tool. You're comfortable with cold calling and know that every 'no' gets you closer to a 'yes'. But you're ready for a role where your effort is directly tied to your results.

You'll join Performia Australia, part of a global Swedish HR consultancy operating in 26 countries. Our mission is to train and support business owners so they know how to identify and build productive, safe and fun teams.

Your end goal is to fill the CEO's calendar with qualified appointments. You'll be proactively prospecting and calling a mix of warm leads, contacts from our database, and cold lists. Your job is to generate the activity that creates the pipeline. You'll qualify them, handle objections, and book them for a meeting with the CEO.

We have a strong lead database and we need you to take ownership of finding and creating opportunities. This means a significant portion of your time will be spent on cold calling and prospecting. The role will be high-volume and requires discipline and resilience.

The role will be challenging and demanding. You'll be expected to make a high volume of calls, face frequent rejection, and maintain a positive, professional attitude. You need to be able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and take full ownership of your results. This is not a role for someone who needs a warm lead handed to them.

In return, you'll be paid a base hourly rate plus a generous bonus for every qualified appointment that is kept.
