• Research topics using reliable sources and AI tools (ChatGPT & Claude).
• Turn real events into compelling, high-retention stories.
• Follow the channel's storytelling style and structure.
• Revise scripts based on feedback and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience writing long-form YouTube scripts.
• Excellent English writing, grammar, and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and viewer retention.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
