About the Role

About the Role
We're a fast-scaling ecommerce brand looking for an experienced Meta Ads Creative Strategist to take ownership of our paid social performance. You'll run the full creative-to-campaign loop: research the market, study competitors, develop UGC-style ads that convert, ship new creatives daily, and make the call on when and what to scale.
This is a hands-on, performance-driven role for someone who lives inside Ads Manager, knows every lever the platform offers, and treats every campaign like a science experiment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize our Meta (Facebook /Instagram) ad campaigns end-to-end
  • Advice when, what, and how to scale based on performance data
  • Launch new ads daily to keep the creative pipeline fresh
  • Develop UGC-style ad concepts, scripts, hooks, and angles
  • Run competitor research and surface winning ad trends, angles, and offers
  • Conduct market research to identify new audiences, positioning, and opportunities
  • Validate ad performance against KPIs and iterate ruthlessly on what works
  • Apply advanced Meta ads tactics - CBO/ABO structures, audience layering, creative testing frameworks, retargeting funnels, and the latest platform updates - to keep campaigns winning
  • Brainstorm and test new creative directions to break through plateaus

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns for ecommerce.
  • Proven, documented track record - case studies, screenshots of Ads Manager results, ROAS/spend numbers, or client references we can verify
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably
  • Strong portfolio of UGC ads you've conceptualized or produced
  • Deep working knowledge of Meta's algorithm, bidding strategies, campaign structures, and all the tips, tricks, and platform nuances that separate good campaigns from great ones
  • Sharp eye for hooks, storytelling, and what makes an ad stop the scroll
  • Self-directed, data-driven, and obsessive about creative iteration
  • Excellent communication - you can explain why an ad worked, not just that it did
  • Fast response time and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Work Schedule

  • 4 hours per day
  • 5 days per week
  • Must be available during agreed working hours.

If you are interested in applying, please start your application with the phrase:
“I’m ready to scale and yes, I saw the hamburger.”
