We are a well-established garage door company based in the United States, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center/Appointment Setter to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with exceptional English language skills and a strong background in customer service and call center operations. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and schedule appointments for new customers seeking services.
• Assist customers, and resolve any issues professionally and promptly.
• Entering and managing data in the CRM system.

Qualification

• Prior experience in BPO and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking skills and a quick learning ability.
• Fluent and clear English communication ( B2 to C2 level proficiency).
• Fast and accurate typing skills while speaking with customers
• Familiarity with recording U.S. addresses accurately.
• A friendly and engaging phone demeanor, must sound natural, not robotic or monotonous.
• Ability to memorize scripts completely (non-negotiable)
• A stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality, accurate work.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
