Video Editor

We are a high-growth video agency run by a YouTube creator who built channels from scratch to over 40-50 million organic views. We specialize in high-retention YouTube long-form videos, but we also handle business videos, client testimonials, highlight reels, and simple social cuts.

We are seeking a full-time, highly adaptable, and FAST Video Editor to join our team long-term.

IMPORTANT: This is NOT a freelance gig. You will be a salaried, 100% exclusive full-time team member (40 hours/week). We operate on fast turnaround times (24-48 hours for initial drafts), so if you are balancing outside clients or slow on revisions, this is not the right fit.

Responsibilities:
Primary Focus: Edit engaging, fast-paced, high-retention long-form YouTube videos (pacing, B-roll sourcing, sound design, animated callouts, zoom cuts).

Secondary Focus: Adapt to simpler edits as needed-including corporate highlight reels, business testimonials, and short-form cuts.

Turn around clean first drafts quickly (24-48 hours) and execute revision notes immediately.

Stay active, present, and communicative during your designated 8-hour shift via Slack/Discord.

Requirements:
Expert proficiency in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro (We strongly prefer Final Cut Pro, but if you are an absolute expert in Premiere Pro, we still want to see your work).

Proven understanding of YouTube pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention tactics.

High-speed internet connection (capable of downloading/uploading raw 4K footage fast).

A powerful editing rig that can process heavy timelines smoothly.

100% Exclusivity: You must be ready to work solely for us without taking outside freelance client orders.
