YouTube SEO Specialist & Project Manager

???? Full-time, 40+ hrs/week for the right candidate

We're a national coaching and speaking business looking for an A-Player who lives and breathes YouTube SEO, algorithm strategy, and audience retention.

The Project (First 60 Days):
Audit and revamp 24 months of long-form + Shorts content to build a binge-able YouTube ecosystem for our Financial Advisor audience.
? Full SEO audit — optimize titles, descriptions, tags
? Thumbnail overhaul to boost CTR
? Info cards, end screens & pinned comments to guide viewer journeys
? A/B testing on titles & thumbnails

What Happens After (Day 61–90+):
Prove your results and the role expands — you'll take over content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, and become our full-time Content Manager. Full-time compensation is competitive, based on your experience and skill level.

Required Tools (non-negotiable):
???? VidIQ — keyword research, competitor tracking, SEO scoring
???? TubeBuddy — bulk editing, Channelytics, A/B testing
???? We cover your required software subscriptions after the trial period.

You Should Know:
CTR optimization, audience retention (AVD), session watch time, and metadata/SEO best practices.

???? Willing to deeply understand the Financial Advisor niche
