Role Summary
This role is ideal for experienced customer service professionals who excel in communication, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with U.S. customers, logistics teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage customer communications, order processing, and shipment coordination with accuracy and professionalism.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly while maintaining organized records and reports.
• Support sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or order processing, with strong English communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, with CRM or ERP experience as a plus.
• Self-motivated and reliable, able to work independently in a remote setup during U.S. Pacific Time hours.

Work Hours

• Monday to Friday, U.S. business hours. Overtime as needed.
