Responsibilities
Search for software engineering job opportunities on job boards, staffing websites, company career pages, and other hiring platforms.
We may provide job links, or you can find suitable opportunities yourself.
Submit job applications using our company information and provided templates.
Customize applications when necessary to match the job requirements.
Record all submitted applications in a spreadsheet or tracking system.
Report your daily application count and progress.
Daily Target
Submit 75–100 high-quality job applications per day.
Apply only to positions that match our software engineering services and expertise.
Requirements
Good written English.
Basic internet research and computer skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and meet daily targets.
Experience with online job applications is a plus but not required.
Compensation

This is a performance-based position. Compensation is based on the number of completed, accurate job applications and overall performance.
