We're looking for a motivated and confident professional with healthcare experience to help grow our client base through lead generation, appointment setting, and business development. If you have experience closing deals, that's a strong advantage.

Responsibilities
Research physician practices and healthcare organizations across the United States.
Conduct outbound calls to medical offices.
Send professional follow-up email s and LinkedIn messages.
Build relationships with office managers, practice administrators, and physicians.
Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings.
Follow up consistently with prospects.
Support business development and client acquisition efforts.
Close new business opportunities when appropriate.
Maintain accurate CRM and outreach records.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Requirements
Healthcare experience is required.
Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, business development, or healthcare sales is strongly preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English with a professional phone presence.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented.
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office.
Availability that overlaps with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Compensation
