Graphic Designer + Social Media Content Creator — Outdoor Living Company

We are a growing outdoor living contractor in South Carolina, USA (screen rooms, sunrooms, pergolas, decks, outdoor living projects). We are hiring a true graphic designer and social media content creator who can move quickly. Your main job is to design social posts, create captions, edit short videos/reels, and prepare publish-ready content for Facebook , Instagram, Nextdoor, LinkedIn, TikTok/Reels/Shorts, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile.

Our first priority is design + content production. We need someone who can take project photos/videos, rough ideas, before/after examples, customer proof, and service offers and turn them into polished posts, reels, stories, captions, graphics, and platform-specific content.

This is not a strategy-only role and not an admin-only marketing role. We need someone who can say: "Yes, I can create what you need. If I need a specific app, template, login, or asset from you, I will tell you clearly and keep production moving."

What you'll do:

• Design social media posts, graphics, carousels, simple ads, stories, and content batches
• Create captions and platform-specific copy for Facebook , Instagram, Nextdoor, LinkedIn, TikTok/Reels/Shorts, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Do basic regular video editing from raw project footage when needed, not only quick reels
• Turn imperfect raw photos/videos into polished, useful content without needing perfect instructions
• Build a simple weekly content calendar and keep content moving consistently
• Use tools like Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Adobe Express, Meta Business Suite, Google Drive, and AI tools to move faster
• Help repurpose one idea into multiple formats for different platforms
• Support Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads, Google Business Profile, local SEO, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel if you have that experience

Must have:

• True graphic design ability, not just strategy or scheduling
• Strong social content creation ability: graphics, captions, reels/short videos, and publish-ready social media posts
• Short-form video editing experience for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, or YouTube Shorts
• Basic regular video editing ability from raw photos/videos/project footage
• Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Adobe Express, or similar design/video tools
• Good eye for clean, professional visuals
• Strong written English
• Fast turnaround and ability to produce usable content from imperfect raw material
• Reliable communication and ability to follow instructions carefully
• Available 20 hours/week with some US Eastern Time overlap
• Able to start quickly

Nice to have:

• Experience with home services, construction, contractors, real estate, landscaping, or local service businesses
• HubSpot or GoHighLevel experience
• Meta Ads Manager experience
• Local SEO / Google Business Profile experience
• Basic website or WordPress experience

Growth: This role starts part-time (20 hrs/week) with a path to full-time for the right person. We hire for reliability, initiative, speed, and quality.
