THE ROLE
Produce AI video ads from A to Z, using either a script or a hook brief.

Two workflows:

• NET-NEW: we give you the script ? you generate b-roll, voiceover, assemble, ship
• HOOK ITERATIONS: we give you a hook brief on a scaling ad ? you generate variants that hit harder than the original

Stack you'll work with daily: Claude, Kie.ai (Veo 3.1, Wan 2.7, Nano Banana Pro), Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, ZapCap, Premiere Pro / CapCut, ffmpeg.

WHAT YOU GET

• Base salary: $ ---------- /month
• Bonus: $100 every time one of your ads hits $10K in spend. UNCAPPED. Some of our ads hit $50-100K+.
• Paid via Wise, bi-monthly (1st and 15th). Always on time.

HOW WE WORK

• 15-min daily check-in (camera on)

MUST HAVE

• 2+ years editing short-form video ads for e-commerce (Meta, TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Real hands-on experience generating AI video (Higgsfield, Kie.ai)
• Fluent with Premiere Pro OR CapCut Pro
• Portfolio of DTC / e-commerce ads
• Fluent written English
• Reliable internet

BONUS SKILLS (= higher starting salary)

• Advanced Veo / Sora / Wan prompting
• ffmpeg command line
• ElevenLabs voice cloning + directing
• Direct-response copywriting knowledge
