Personal Assistant to a High Performing Business Owners

THE ROLE
We are Market Leaders — a coaching and marketing education brand that supports high-performing business owners across Financial Advisory, Real Estate, Coaching, and Education. As part of our client services team, we’re placing a dedicated PA to support one of our clients directly.
You’ll own the calendar, the inbox, client onboarding, admin operations, social media, GHL — and make everything run before anyone has to ask.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2+ years of executive assistant or PA experience
• Expert cross-timezone calendar management (Google Calendar)
• Professional written and verbal English
• CRM and client management experience
• Proficiency in GHL, social media, and admin tools
• Philippines-based, available SGT hours (GMT+8)
• Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs
• High attention to detail, zero tolerance for errors
• Reliable home office setup, stable internet (Philippines-based)
• Singapore Time Zone availability (GMT+8), flexible hours

What You'll Do

Manage executive calendar with zero conflicts
Handle all email correspondence professionally, responding within 2 hours
Coordinate customer onboarding from inquiry to activation
Solve problems proactively - anticipate challenges and eliminate chaos
Bridge operations across creative teams, clients, and leadership
