Recruiting Manager - US Healthcare Staffing - Night Shift, Remote
Curated from source
Type: Full-Time | Pay: $1,400–$1,800/month base (experience-based, night differential included) + monthly performance commission | Hours: 40/week | Schedule: Fixed US night shift, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MST, Mon–Fri
About the Role
A US-based healthcare direct-hire staffing firm is looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead delivery for our lean, offshore recruiting team. This is not a "carry your own req" role — you'll own the funnel and the people: screening, quality control, coaching, and turning pipeline into client submissions every week. All clients and placed candidates are US-based; this is a fully remote, Philippines-based leadership seat with real authority.
You'll inherit a team already supported by AI systems that handle sourcing, list-building, outreach, and daily worklists. Your job is the part that AI can't do: screening candidates at volume, enforcing quality, coaching your recruiters, and hitting our delivery standard of 15 screened submissions per week across the team.
What You'll Own
Delivery: every submission is recruiter-screened with license/credential verification completed before it goes out — no exceptions. You're accountable for the submit-to-interview ratio and time-to-fill.
People: direct management of a Senior Recruiter and appointment setter(s), growing to a 3–5 person pod — onboarding, weekly coaching through call reviews, performance management, and making tough calls on underperformers when needed.
Cadence: running daily standups against AI-generated worklists — the day's screens, submits, and follow-ups are queued each morning; you drive execution.
Reporting: a weekly KPI scorecard to the owner covering submissions, interviews, placements, and per-recruiter production — pulled straight from the ATS.
What You Bring
-Four or more years of US healthcare staffing experience on the agency side, personally recruiting US healthcare professionals (allied health/imaging, nursing, or physicians), including direct-hire/permanent placement work.
-At least one year directly managing recruiters or sourcers — assigning reqs, owning their numbers, coaching them, and holding them accountable (not just mentoring peers).
-Fluency with recruiting metrics — you can speak confidently, fro ---------- mory, about what strong weekly production looks like (submissions, interview rate, placements) and what your own team has delivered.
-Strong spoken English, since you'll run standups, coach recruiters live, and occasionally speak with US clients. A recorded voice sample and live spoken interview are part of our process.
-The ability to commit long-term to the fixed US night shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM MST) with a reliable home setup: quiet space, headset, stable internet, and backup power/data.
-Comfort working in an ATS (Manatal or similar) alongside AI-driven sourcing and outreach tools.
Compensation & Growth
$1,400–$1,800/month base depending on experience, plus monthly performance commission tied to team placements — the better your pod performs, the more you earn (specifics discussed at offer). Paid reliably and on time via Wise.
This is a long-term seat with genuine authority: input on hiring, performance management, and a direct line to the owner. Clear growth path from Recruiting Manager to Head of Delivery as the team scales.
This Role Is a Strong Fit If You...
-Have hands-on US healthcare staffing/recruiting agency experience (not PH-local or non-US recruiting).
-Have directly managed recruiters — and can speak to your team's real numbers.
-Have led in a recruiting context specifically, not BPO customer service, collections, or support.
-Can commit to the fixed US night shift long-term.
How to Apply
Please submit your resume along with answers to the following. Applications missing the resume or any of the six answers will not be reviewed:
1. Your US healthcare staffing experience — agency name(s), years at each, which US healthcare roles you recruited, and the split between direct-hire/permanent vs. travel/contract work.
2. The team you led — how many recruiters/sourcers reported directly to you, for how long, and one real example of managing an underperformer (what you did, week by week, and the outcome).
3. Your team's numbers for one recent normal month — submissions per recruiter/week, submit-to-interview %, and placements — plus your own personal production numbers from when you carried a desk.
4. A link to a 60–90 second voice recording explaining how you'd run a 5-person US healthcare recruiting desk to 15 screened submissions/week, including your standup approach, the 3 KPIs you'd track, how you'd enforce screen quality, and your own production numbers stated out loud. This is the most important part of your application.
5. Confirmation you can commit to the fixed US night shift long-term, plus your home setup details (internet speed, headset, quiet space, backup power/internet).
6. Your current or most recent monthly pay and your earliest possible start date.
