I’m hiring a VA to build and manage a simple lead system
What you’ll do:
- Build Meta Instant Lead Form ads that deliver a “Mortgage-Ready Checklist”
- Set up retargeting audiences (form submitters/openers + IG/FB engagers + video viewers)
- Launch 2 ---------- ads that drive to Facebook Messenger
- Build the ManyChat Messenger flow (buttons, tags, sequences) that delivers the checklist and drives bookings for a $15 Keys Audit (Calendly)
- Set up a simple 4 -email automation that delivers the checklist + pushes bookings
- Track leads + performance weekly (leads, CPL, booked audits, cost per booking)
