GoHighLevel Expert & Operations Assistant

We help people build, launch, and scale paid online communities. We're growing fast and need someone technical to help us build funnels, run automations, and keep projects moving.

This role is a mix of three things: building the tech, keeping things organized, and onboarding new clients. If you're the type of person who likes owning a system end to end and making it actually work, you'll like this.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Build and maintain funnels, landing pages, and forms in GoHighLevel
• Set up email and SMS automations, workflows, pipelines, and triggers
• Set up webinar tech: registration pages, reminder sequences, calendar/booking integrations
• Onboard new clients: get them set up, walk them through the process, make sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Keep projects on track and flag things before they become problems
• General tech troubleshooting and integrations (Zapier, forms, tracking)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (this is the most important skill)
• Experience building funnels, landing pages, and automated email /SMS sequences
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage your own tasks without being chased
• Strong written English and clear communication
• Reliable internet and availability with some overlap with US hours

NICE TO HAVE:

• Zapier / API integrations
• Experience with webinar platforms (Zoom, WebinarJam)
• Experience onboarding or supporting clients
• Basic design skills (Canva)

DETAILS:

• Part time to start (20 hours per week), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time, long-term role
• Long-term position, not a one-off project
• Pay increases based on performance
