Social Media Content Lead

*Overview*
We’re looking for a social-first creative to manage our social channels. This is a hands-on role centered on short-form video and social design. You will lead content planning and execution. We're a small remote team, so we're looking for someone who enjoys a high degree of autonomy and communicates well. Our goal is not to maximize your hours. You can work whenever you want so long as you get the work done.

*Responsibilities*
> Stay up to date on platform trends and formats.
> Generate ideas for future content, collaborations, and campaigns.
> Edit short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, etc.
> Design static social assets, including posts, stories, and thumbnails.
> Repurpose raw footage and user-generated content into polished social content.
> Review influencer content and assess them for collaboration opportunities.
> Lead our influencer collaborations: Creating briefs and providing feedback.
