What You'll Do:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate appointments and leads

Follow up with internet leads, unsold showroom traffic, and service customers

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (VinSolutions)

Set and confirm appointments for the sales and service departments

Provide an exceptional customer experience from first contact to final follow-up

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of BDC or automotive experience required

Strong phone and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable with CRM systems and lead management tools

Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic
