We are looking for an experienced Media Buying & Digital Advertising Specialist who has a proven track record of managing and scaling high-budget advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns.
Manage large monthly advertising budgets while maintaining strong ROAS and CPA performance.
Analyze campaign data and make strategic optimization decisions.
Develop audience targeting, creative testing, and bidding strategies.
Work across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other major advertising networks.
Deliver detailed performance reports and actionable insights.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising.
Demonstrated experience managing large monthly advertising budgets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Deep understanding of campaign optimization and performance marketing.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Experience in eCommerce, Lead Generation, or Affiliate Marketing is a strong advantage.
