Position Overview
As an Experienced Website Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining websites for our diverse clientele. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, utilizing your expertise in platforms such as GoHighLevel (GHL) and WordPress. Your creativity and technical skills will be essential in crafting engaging landing pages and websites that not only meet but exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Website Development: Design and implement attractive, functional websites using WordPress and GHL, ensuring they are user-friendly and optimized for performance.
Landing Page Creation: Develop high-converting landing pages tailored to specific marketing campaigns, utilizing best practices in design and user experience.
Custom Themes and Plugins: Create and customize WordPress themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and aesthetics.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective web solutions.
Performance Optimization: Conduct regular website performance tests, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance speed and user experience.
Security Management: Ensure website security through regular updates, backups, and compliance with best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with business goals.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web development and digital marketing.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in website development, specifically with WordPress and GHL. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with MySQL or similar relational databases.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with website builders like Elementor or WPBakery is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with a passion for web design and user experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with GHL, WordPress platforms, & Squarespace. Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js). Understanding of SEO best practices and website analytics tools. Exposure to multilingual site development (e.g., WPML).
