About the Role

The Role

We're looking for a confident, personable phone caller to follow up with warm leads only in the United States and Ireland. These are school contacts (principals, STEM coordinators, teachers) who have already engaged with us: they've replied to an email , clicked a link, downloaded a resource, or shown some other sign of interest. You will not be cold calling strangers off a list. Your job is to get them on the phone, answer basic questions, book a follow-up call or webinar with our founder, and log everything accurately in our CRM.

The 6pm to midnight Philippine time shift covers both markets in one sitting: it lines up with early morning across US time zones, right when school office staff and principals are starting their day, and with early afternoon in Ireland, when Irish schools are still in full swing. You'll typically start the shift on Irish calls and move into US calls as the evening goes on.

What We Offer
Competitive hourly rate for the Philippines market, paid consistently
Commission on every deal that closes from a lead you called and booked
Real warm leads, not cold lists. You are calling people who already want to hear from us
Clear scripts, objection-handling guides, and call notes for every lead so you're never calling blind
Room to grow into a larger role as the business scales its US and Irish sales

What You'll Do
Call warm leads promptly after they show interest (fast response time is critical; we aim to call within hours, not days)
Confirm interest, answer basic questions about the kits and pricing, and handle simple objections using a provided script and

FAQ sheet
Book qualified leads onto the founder's calendar for a closing call or webinar
Log every call outcome, note, and next step accurately in HubSpot
Send brief follow-up email s after calls where needed (templates provided)
Flag anything unusual, a difficult objection, a procurement process, a large opportunity, straight to the founder
Work from a defined list each day rather than a blind dialer; we'll always tell you who to call and why they're warm
What We're Looking For
Excellent spoken English with clear, natural phone manner, comfortable talking to both US and Irish school staff (this is the single most important requirement)
Prior experience in phone-based sales, appointment setting, or customer follow-up (education sector experience is a bonus but not required)

Comfortable using a CRM (we use HubSpot; training provided)
Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to make calls during the 6pm to 12am shift
Organized and detail-oriented; you'll be the one making sure no warm lead falls through the cracks
Able to take direction well early on. We'll give you scripts and call notes to start, and expect you to develop your own natural style over time
Available for 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, within the stated shift window
