Brand Guidelines + Shopify Store Designer/Developer (Beauty/Wellness Startup)

???? JOB OVERVIEW

We are a new DTC beauty/wellness brand about to launch worldwide. We are looking for a brand & web designer/developer to build out our brand guidelines from scratch and design and develop our Shopify store.

What you will do:
Create a brand guidelines document: logo usage, color palette, typography, photography style, tone of voice, do's and don'ts. Design and develop our Shopify store from scratch (or from a premium theme), fully branded and conversion-optimized. Design key website pages: homepage, product page, about page, FAQ, checkout customization. Build custom Shopify sections/blocks where needed (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JS). Optimize for mobile-first, fast loading, and clean premium aesthetic (think Aesop, Le Labo, Typology). Set up apps/integrations (reviews, email capture, upsells) as needed. Collaborate closely with us as we shape the brand from the ground up, with room for ongoing work as we launch and grow.

Requirements:
Portfolio of brand identity/guideline work and Shopify stores you designed and built, ideally for cosmetics, skincare, wellness or beauty brands. Strong Shopify Liquid development skills, not just theme customization. Experience with brand strategy and building out visual identity systems. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or Figma proficiency. Clean, minimal, premium design style. Detail-obsessed: typography, spacing and alignment must be perfect. Available for ongoing work as we grow.
