Green Scholars Landscaping is a fast-growing, premium landscaping company in Halifax, Canada, and we're looking for a sharp, warm, and confident Inside Sales & Operations Assistant to work directly with the owners. This isn't busywork. You'll be the heartbeat of our sales follow-up and scheduling, the person who keeps everything (and everyone) moving.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Warm Sales — Call back leads who already asked for a quote. Answer questions, handle objections, and lock in the booking.

Estimating & Pricing — Learn our pricing model and estimate mowing/landscaping jobs using online mapping tools.

Scheduling & Routing — Build and optimize daily crew routes in Jobber so every day runs smoothly.

Billing Support — Follow up on invoices after jobs are done.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Excellent spoken English — warm, clear, professional. Comfortable talking with senior homeowners.
Sharp math skills — quick with mental math, square footage, and pricing.
1–2 years of sales experience — outbound sales, appointment setting, real estate, or BPO customer service.
A solid home setup — quiet space, fast fiber internet, backup power/internet, noise-canceling headset.

Bonus points if you have:

Real estate VA or home-services/construction background
Experience with Jobber

HOURS & SHIFT
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am to 5pm - 40 hrs/week. Atlantic Time Zone (night shift in PH).
