We are a Swiss health and educational company with a start up section which helps women achieve lasting Weight Freedom through evidence-based education, practical tools, and compassionate coaching.

We're building a premium educational brand, not an influencer channel, and we're looking for a freelance video editor to become a long-term creative partner.

Your Mission

Your job is simple: Turn the owner's knowledge into engaging educational videos that are clear, trustworthy, and enjoyable to watch. You'll edit YouTube videos today, while helping us build premium courses, workshops, and future educational content as we grow.

Our goal isn't flashy editing, it's helping people learn.

What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities

• Edit talking-head educational and webinar-style videos
• Improve pacing and viewer engagement
• Clean and enhance audio
• Add subtitles and captions
• Create simple graphics and text overlays
• Export videos for YouTube
• Follow our established editing style
• Deliver projects reliably and on time

Nice to Have

Over time, we'd also love your help with:

• Uploading videos to YouTube
• Creating descriptions, chapters, playlists, cards, and end screens
• Designing thumbnails
• Creating Shorts from long-form videos
• Organizing project files and backups
• Improving our production workflow

We're Looking For Someone Who...

• Has at least 1 year of regular YouTube editing experience (or an equivalent portfolio)
• Has good spoken English
• Understands YouTube pacing, hooks, and viewer retention
• Is comfortable editing talking-head educational content
• Can clean audio and create simple graphics
• Is reliable and communicates well
• Enjoys learning and improving

AI Is a Plus

You don't need to be an AI expert. But you should enjoy experimenting with tools that make creative work faster and better. Examples include ChatGPT, Whisper, Adobe AI, Descript, CapCut AI, Canva Magic Studio, or similar tools.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first few months, you'll understand our editing style, deliver videos with minimal revisions, and significantly reduce the manager's editing workload. Most importantly, you'll become a trusted creative partner as our educational company continues to grow.

Working Together

This is a freelance, project-based position with ongoing weekly work. We're looking for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships. As our company grows, there may be opportunities for increased responsibility and a more permanent role. Compensation will be based on your experience and portfolio.
