Key Responsibilities:

-Manage the onboarding process for new users and patients, guiding them through setup and initial use of the app.

-Relay critical insights and data to the leadership and development team to drive continuous app improvements and enhancements.
-Coordinate communication between users, patients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and high satisfaction.
-Proactively identify opportunities to optimize user success and contribute ideas for app features based on real-world interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

-Excellent command of English, both written and verbal – clear communication is essential.
-Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to keep accurate notes and records.
-Self-motivated and initiative-driven; we need someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
-Experience in customer service, patient coordination, or a similar role in health/tech is a plus, but enthusiasm and a quick learning curve are key.
-Familiarity with nutrition, wellness apps, or digital health tools is advantageous but not required.
-Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
