Cassidy Records is looking for a long-term Executive Virtual Assistant to join our team.

This is a dynamic position with a wide variety of responsibilities. Tasks may change and expand based on the company's needs, so we are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, proactive, and willing to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage artists' and clients' social media accounts.
• Upload content to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook .
• Grow social media accounts organically.
• Manage daily social media activities.

2. Video Editing

• Create and edit high-quality videos.
• Produce AI-assisted YouTube Shorts.
• Create approximately 5 short videos per day.
• Produce ranking and trending-style content similar to channels such as TrashTierLoL.

3. Client Account Creation

• Create DistroKid accounts.
• Create email accounts.
• Use Wise and virtual payment cards with the company budget provided.
• Create social media accounts for clients.
• Organize and manage account information securely.

4. Additional Video Editing

• Complete additional video editing tasks when required.

5. Music Distribution

• Assist with music distribution tasks when needed.

6. Recruitment

• Search for new freelancers and employees.
• Screen candidates.
• Assist with the hiring process.

Requirements

• Experience managing social media accounts.
• Experience growing social media pages organically.
• Strong video editing skills.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation is a plus.
• Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Fast learner.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to handle a variety of tasks as the company grows.
