Ad Account Top-Up & Finance Specialist (E-commerce - Shift Work)

We are an established e-commerce company looking for 3 Filipino tea ---------- mbers to join our finance/operations team, working 6-hour rotating shifts to provide 24/7 coverage (working alongside a Spanish tea ---------- mber).

Your main responsibility will be managing top-ups (recharges) of Facebook advertising agency accounts used by our students. This involves:

• Processing account recharges accurately based on transfers received from students, applying the correct commission deduction (our agreed percentage split)
• Reconciling incoming transfers against the correct student accounts, with zero tolerance for errors — this handles significant amounts of money daily
• Maintaining clear, organized records/logs of every transaction
• Communicating professionally and promptly with students regarding their account status and any issues
• Flagging discrepancies immediately to the team

We're looking for someone who already has experience with finance, bookkeeping, accounting, or account/payment reconciliation — this is not an entry-level admin role. Training on our specific process will be provided, but you should already be comfortable working with numbers, transfers, and financial accuracy.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance operations, or payment reconciliation
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized — this role directly handles client funds
• Strong written English for clear communication with students
• Reliable internet connection and ability to commit to a fixed 6-hour shift schedule, 7 days/week rotation
• Trustworthy and comfortable with financial responsibility
