Social Media and Marketing Manager

Job Title: Virtual Assistant - Social Media & Marketing Automation Expert (GoHighLevel + Vacation Rental Real Estate Focus)
Work Type: Part-Time (possible full time depending on performance)
Work Hours: Flexible, with some overlap with EST (Eastern Standard Time) preferred

Job Overview
We are a successful vacation rental business based in New Jersey, USA, looking for a detail-oriented, highly experienced Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our online presence. You will be responsible for social media content creation, paid ad campaigns, newsletter design in Go High Level, and automation setup using Go High Level. Must be proficient in Go High Level.
This is a long-term position with room to grow. You’ll work closely with the business owner and play a key role in promoting vacation rental listings and helping our brand shine online.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management
• Design and post featured vacation rentals with engaging content for Facebook , Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok and
• Feature vacation rental listings with well-written captions and attractive graphics
• Schedule posts and monitor performance (Go High Level)
• Suggest new strategies to boost reach and engagement
• Email Marketing & Newsletters (via Go High Level)
• Design and send beautiful, on-brand email newsletters featuring listings and promotions
• Use Go High Level for email campaigns and CRM automation
• Ensure 100% accuracy of links, images, and text before sending
• Paid Ads & Remarketing
• Create and manage Facebook /Instagram ad campaigns
• Set up remarketing ads to re-engage website visitors and past leads
• Monitor analytics and optimize ad performance
• Marketing Automation
• Build automation workflows in Go High Level (e.g., new lead follow-ups, booking confirmations)
• Manage tagging and list segmentation
• Test and double-check all automations before launch
• Quality Assurance
• Double-check all work for accuracy: links, grammar, images, and automation triggers
• Maintain brand consistency in all content

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in social media management
• Expert-level experience with Go High Level
• Strong portfolio of past social media posts and email newsletters
• Canva graphic design tool proficiency
• Experience running paid social media ads (Facebook /Instagram)
• Excellent English writing and proofreading skills
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Experience with real estate or vacation rental marketing is a plus
