Your Role

You will be responsible for PENALTII's entire social media presence.

You'll transform our raw footage into engaging content, develop creative ideas, and help grow our brand every single day.

You'll work directly with the founder and play a key role in shaping the future of our company.

Your Responsibilities

Content Creation

You'll develop fresh content ideas every day and bring them to life independently.

Your responsibilities include:

• Creating 4–6 high-quality short-form videos (Reels / TikToks) every workda
• Developing creative content concepts
• Storytelling for social media
• Creating compelling hooks within the first three seconds
• Optimizing videos for maximum engagement
• Adapting content for Instagram and TikTok

#Video Editing

You'll turn our raw footage into professional social media videos.

This includes:

• Video editing
• Professional subtitles
• Music selection
• Sound effects
• Smooth transitions
• Zoom effects
• Basic motion graphics and animations
• Color correction
• Exporting videos for Instagram and TikTok

CapCut proficiency is required.

#Image Editing

In addition to videos, we regularly work with product images, promotional graphics, and social media visuals.

Experience with Adobe Photoshop is highly valued. If you're able to professionally edit, enhance, and optimize images for marketing and social media, that's a significant advantage and an important part of the role.

#Social Media Management

You'll be responsible for managing our social media channels.

Your tasks include:

• Planning content
• Publishing posts
• Maintaining the content calendar
• Monitoring current trends
• Developing new content ideas
• Optimizing content based on performance

#Community Management

You'll respond professionally to comments and direct messages while helping build an engaged and loyal community around PENALTII.

Requirements

Required

• Excellent English skills
• Experience with Instagram and TikTok
• Strong CapCut skills
• Experience editing Reels or TikToks
• Proficiency with Canva
• Ability to work independently
• Creativity
• Reliability

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and professional image editing
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Motion graphics experience
• Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT)
• Experience with Meta Business Suite

Daily Expectations

Every workday, we expect:

• Production of 4–7 high-quality short-form videos (Reels / TikToks)
• Publishing scheduled content
• Posting at least one Instagram Story
• Responding to comments and direct messages
• Developing new content ideas
• Assisting with image editing and social media graphics when needed

Weekly Responsibilities

• Analyze top-performing content
• Prepare a short performance report
• Develop new content strategies
• Present at least two new content ideas

Test Assignment

Selected applicants will receive raw footage from PENALTII and will be asked to create:

• 1 high-quality short-form video (Reel / TikTok)
• 1 Instagram Story
• 1 social media post
• A suitable caption with relevant hashtags
• A short publishing plan
