Shopify, Printify, Etsy and Social Media Expert

Shopify, Etsy and Printify Expert — Shore Vibes by Maria and Shore Summer Rentals (30 -40 hrs/week)

Shore Vibes by Maria is a new coastal beach apparel and lifestyle brand based in New Jersey, alongside our sister vacation rental company Shore Summer Rentals. We’re looking for an experienced VA to take over product uploads, store management, and SEO optimization — then stay on long-term as we grow.

This position is not for someone who is looking to be trained, I am looking for someone who takes charge and gets the job done with little hand holding. Pay is based on experience.

What you’ll do:

• Add and edit products (titles, descriptions, images, variants, pricing)
• Make theme edits using CSS — section layouts, styling tweaks, seasonal updates
• Update homepage banners, collections, and promotions
• Create and manage our Etsy shop, including listings and shop settings
• Manage our Printify account — product setup, mockups, order syncing
• Optimize SEO across Shopify and Etsy: keyword research, tags, meta titles, meta descriptions
• Create ads for social media
• Help manage Shore Summer Rentals Facebook pages, including replying to guests asking about vacation rentals and owners interested in advertising with us

Who we need:

Attention to detail matters more than speed. If you’re someone who double-checks your own work before turning it in, this is for you. If you tend to move fast and figure it out later, this isn’t a fit.

Requirements:

• Advanced, hands-on Shopify experience, including CSS theme customization
• Proven experience creating and managing Etsy shops
• Proven experience managing Printify accounts (product setup, order fulfillment)
• Strong working knowledge of SEO — keyword research, tags, meta titles, meta descriptions
• A portfolio of real Shopify and Etsy Etsy stores you’ve built or managed (links required)
• At least 2 professional references from past clients
• Excellent written English — you’ll be corresponding directly with our rental clients and hosts
• Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
• Willingness to complete a short skills/English test before final hiring decision

Nice to have: Meta Pixel, Canva or Kittl, prior experience in customer service or hospitality
