TYS, S.L.U. is an international company based in the Principality of Andorra. For many years, we have provided crew placement services for the superyacht industry.

As part of our continued growth, we have expanded into software development. We currently have one software product in the market, another awaiting its official release, and a third scheduled for launch at the end of Q1 2027.

We are looking for a Website & SEO Specialist who can take ownership of our websites, improve our online presence, and support the continued growth of our software portfolio.

Job Summary
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our websites while implementing SEO strategies that increase visibility, drive organic traffic, improve conversions, and support our marketing initiatives through engaging visual and multimedia content.

Working closely with management and the Growth team, you will ensure our websites are fast, user-friendly, search engine optimized, and aligned with our business objectives. We are looking for someone who can work independently, identify opportunities for improvement, and take ownership of website performance with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and update our WordPress websites.
• Plan and implement on-page and technical SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
• Create, update, and optimize landing pages.
• Improve website speed, usability, and overall user experience.
• Set up and maintain Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other tracking tools.
• Monitor website analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve organic search rankings and conversion rates.
• Create and update website graphics, banners, and other visual assets.
• Edit promotional videos and marketing content for websites, social media, and product launches.
• Collaborate with the Growth team to produce creative assets that support marketing campaigns.
• Perform routine website maintenance, testing, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with developers when technical implementation is required.
• Ensure websites remain secure, updated, and properly maintained.
• Stay up to date with SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing WordPress websites.
• Strong proficiency with Elementor or a similar WordPress page builder.
• Practical experience with SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency in video editing using DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Proficiency in graphic design using Canva, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Andorra time)
• One-hour unpaid lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (Andorra time)

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: PHP 30,000 per month
• Philippine holidays observed
• 20 days annual leave
