Job Description:
We’re a DeFi protocol launching game-changing LP bond technology. We need Business Development partners who can introduce us to crypto launchpads, blockchain projects, and DeFi communities.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Every successful introduction that leads to partnership earns you serious money. One good partnership could net you $5,000-10,000 in your first month.

COMPENSATION:
Monetize your network through three massive income streams: guaranteed ETH salary, instant token unlocks, and recurring commissions. We pay you to open doors you’ve already built, while we handle 100% of the closing.

Guaranteed Base Pay:
$100 for each call booked via TG group

• 50% paid in Ethereum (ETH) - immediate cash
• 50% in $GMI tokens - 18-month vesting schedule starting after TGE (expected late 2026).

Performance Bonus: Every 5 successful partnership you close triggers an immediate unlock of 20% your vested tokens. This allows you to bypass the 18-month vesting period and access your earnings as soon as you deliver results.
Note: A "successful partnership" is defined by the project signing the LP Bonds integration agreement and going live on our marketplace.

Additional Commission:

• 25% commission on ALL upgrade fees from your partnerships
• Level 2 upgrades: $40 upgrade fee, you get $10 each
• Level 3 upgrades: $80 upgrade fee, you get $20 each
• Level 4 upgrades: $160 upgrade fee, you get $40 each

• $500 bonus when your partnerships hit 25 Level 4 bonds
• $2,000 bonus at 100 Level 4 bonds
• $5,000 bonus at 300 Level 4 bonds
• Realistic month 1 earnings: $2,000-5,000
• Total 90-day potential: $20,000+

YOU HAVE:

• Existing connections in crypto (launchpads, DAOs, blockchain projects)
• Telegram / ---------- relationships with project founders or marketing heads
• Understanding of DeFi/crypto space
• Hunger to earn based on results, not hours

YOU DON’T NEED:

• To close deals (I handle that)
• Any upfront investment
• Previous BD experience (connections matter more)
• Full-time commitment (work your own schedule)

THE ROLE:
Simply introduce me to decision-makers at crypto projects. I close the deals, you collect commissions. Every user from your partnerships who upgrades their bonds puts money in your pocket..
