We are looking for an experienced PR and creator partnerships specialist to help grow two Australian brands across the outdoor technology, hospitality, hunting and thermal imaging industries.
This is not a general social media or virtual assistant role. Your focus will be building credible third-party exposure through journalists, publications, online creators, reviewers, podcasts, industry partners and customer case studies.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant Australian journalists, publications, YouTubers, reviewers and online creators
- Develop tailored story angles and outreach pitches
- Build and manage ongoing media and creator relationships
- Coordinate product reviews, creator collaborations, interviews and content opportunities
- Manage follow-ups, product loans, timelines and campaign deliverables
- Help produce customer case studies, testimonials and proof assets
- Track opportunities, published coverage, referral traffic and commercial outcomes
- Work closely with company leadership and the marketing team, who will act as the public spokespeople
We are looking for someone who has
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Previous experience in PR, media outreach, influencer marketing or creator partnerships
- Strong research and relationship-building skills
- The ability to write personalised pitches rather than mass outreach
- Good commercial judgement and attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with Australian businesses, journalists and creators
- Experience with YouTube creators or technical/product-based industries is highly regarded
The role will begin at 20 hours per week across two companies. Our goal is to build this into a full-time long-term position if the channel proves successful and the workload supports it.

Salary for this role is 35,000 PHP per month for 20 hours a week work in part time capacity.

We offer 5 days sick leave and 10 days annual leave per year (pro rated for part time roles)
