Part-Time E-Commerce Growth Manager

Shopify, Meta Ads, Email Marketing & Conversion Optimization

Company: Winx+Blinx
Industry: Luxury Baby, Gift and Home Products
Work Arrangement: Remote
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week
Position Type: Long-term role, beginning with a paid 60–90 day trial period

About Winx+Blinx

Winx+Blinx is an established luxury baby and lifestyle brand specializing in premium blankets, hooded towels, loveys, personalized gifts, gift sets and home accessories.

We are now focused on significantly expanding our direct-to-consumer online business.

Our brand is known for luxurious textures, thoughtful personalization, beautiful gift-ready presentation and a clean, elegant visual identity. We are not looking for someone to simply maintain our website or post content. We are looking for a strategic, analytical and highly proactive E-Commerce Growth Manager who can turn website visitors into customers, increase repeat purchases and help us grow online revenue consistently.

The Role

The E-Commerce Growth Manager will take ownership of the strategy and execution required to grow sales through our Shopify website.

You will analyze our current performance, identify missed opportunities and implement improvements across website conversion, paid advertising, email marketing, product merchandising, promotions, customer retention and reporting.

This is a hands-on role. You must be comfortable doing the work yourself—not only making recommendations or waiting for other tea ---------- mbers to implement them.

You will work closely with the founder. The content creator will focus primarily on producing brand visuals, social media content and creative assets. You will be responsible for determining how those assets should be used to support sales, advertising campaigns, website improvements and customer acquisition.

Primary Goal

Your main goal is to increase profitable online sales for Winx+Blinx.

Success will be measured through improvements in areas such as:

  • Website conversion rate
  • Total online revenue
  • Average order value
  • Email -generated revenue
  • Returning-customer rate
  • Add-to-cart and checkout completion rates
  • Cost per acquisition
  • Meta Ads performance
  • Return on advertising spend
  • Customer lifetime value

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Growth Strategy

  • Review our Shopify website, analytics, customer journey and existing marketing efforts.
  • Create a clear 30-, 60- and 90-day growth plan.
  • Identify the most important opportunities to increase revenue and prioritize them according to potential impact.
  • Develop monthly promotional and marketing plans around product launches, gift-giving occasions, holidays, personalization and seasonal buying behavior.
  • Recommend practical strategies based on data, not generic marketing advice.
  • Balance short-term revenue opportunities with long-term brand growth and customer retention.
  • Present ideas clearly to the founder and explain why each recommendation should improve performance.

2. Shopify Website Conversion Optimization

  • Review the full customer journey from the homepage through product discovery, cart and checkout.
  • Identify website issues that may be preventing customers from purchasing.

  • Test multiple creative concepts, messages, hooks, audiences and offers.
  • Monitor advertising performance consistently and make informed adjustments.
  • Pause weak campaigns and scale stronger campaigns responsibly.
  • Track cost per purchase, return on ad spend, click-through rate, conversion rate and other meaningful performance indicators.
  • Clearly explain what is working, what is not working and why.
  • Work effectively with an initially modest advertising budget.

6. Analytics, Tracking and Reporting

  • Review Shopify analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and other available reporting tools.
  • Verify that tracking is accurate before making major conclusions.
  • Establish baseline performance metrics at the beginning of the role.
  • Create a simple weekly dashboard or report that the founder can easily understand.
  • Track the most meaningful performance indicators rather than overwhelming the team with unnecessary data.
  • Use data to identify customer behavior, sales patterns and areas of lost revenue.
  • Clearly connect completed work to measurable business results.

Your weekly report should include:
