Pay: $5–$7 USD/hr depending on experience Schedule: Part-time or Full-time available | US business hours M-F | Setup: Remote / Work from home | Long-term for the right person

About the Role
We're a US-based health insurance team looking for an experienced outbound caller to contact prospects, ask qualifying profile questions, and pass qualified leads to our licensed agents. This is NOT a hard-sell or closing role — you're the first point of contact, gathering key information and setting the stage for our sales team.
You'll be given a script, a Q&A guide for common questions, and a list of leads. Your job is to work through them confidently, professionally, and efficiently. If you've done US-facing outbound campaigns before, you already know what this looks like.
What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to US-based prospects in the health insurance space
Follow a provided script while keeping conversations natural
Ask qualifying profile questions (age, household size, income range, zip code, etc.)
Pass qualified leads to licensed agents — you will NOT handle insurance-specific questions
Log call outcomes and lead details accurately in CRM (GoHighLevel experience is a plus)
Hit daily call volume and lead targets
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 1 year of experience on US-facing outbound call campaigns
Clear, confident English with a neutral or minimal accent
Comfortable making 80–150+ outbound calls per day
Reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps) with a backup connection
Noise-canceling headset and a quiet workspace
Available to work US business hours (night shift PH time — exact schedule to be confirmed)
Self-starter who doesn't need daily hand-holding — you manage your time and hit your numbers
Nice to Have
Experience in health insurance, ACA, or Medicare campaigns
GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM experience
Previous appointment setting or lead qualification roles
