Hiring: Experienced U.S. Wholesale Real Estate Lead Generation VA

I am looking for an experienced Lead Generation VA to generate and qualify motivated seller leads for the U.S. wholesale real estate market.

Your primary responsibility will be finding motivated sellers and handing qualified leads off to me. I will handle all negotiations, offers, contracts, and closings.

The following will be provided:

• PropStream
• PropStream Connect
• Built-in BatchDialer

YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE USING PROpSTREAM, PROPSTREAM CONNECT, AND THE BUILT-IN BATCHDIALER.

This is not an entry-level position.

Do NOT apply if:

• You have never used PropStream.
• You have never used PropStream Connect.
• You have no experience using the built-in BatchDialer.
• You are unfamiliar with pulling lists, skip tracing, filtering motivated sellers, or managing leads within PropStream.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working for a U.S. wholesale real estate company
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience generating motivated seller leads
• Available during U.S. business hours
• Reliable internet connection and professional work environment
