Senior Google Ads Specialist - High ROAS & Budget Management (Remote)

We are looking for a result-oriented, data-driven Senior Google Ads Specialist to take full ownership of our search, display, and Performance Max campaigns.

If you have a proven track record of scaling ad spend efficiently while maintaining high ROAS, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage monthly Google Ads budgets to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Plan, build, and optimize high-converting Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
• Conduct continuous keyword expansion, negative keyword filtering, and search term analysis.
• Write high-converting ad copy and conduct A/B testing on ad assets and landing pages.
• Set up and audit conversion tracking via GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Analyze performance data weekly to identify growth opportunities and reduce acquisition costs.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads with a track record of scaling campaigns profitably.
• Deep expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and advanced conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.
