As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Klaviyo Email Marketing Assistant to support our email and SMS marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on Klaviyo experience who enjoys creating engaging campaigns, analysing performance, and helping drive customer retention and online sales.

Working closely with our Marketing Team, you'll play an important role in executing, optimising, and reporting on email marketing campaigns that connect with thousands of customers across Australia.

What You'll Be Doing
???? Email & SMS Campaign Management
Assist with creating, scheduling, and deploying email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo.
Coordinate promotional, seasonal, product launch, and automated marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with designers and marketers to produce engaging, on-brand customer communications.
Review campaigns for accuracy, functionality, and mobile responsiveness before launch.
?? Marketing Automation & Customer Journeys
Build, maintain, and optimise automated email and SMS flows.
Monitor customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversions.
Support the implementation of lifecycle marketing strategies to increase customer retention.
???? Customer Segmentation & List Management
Manage customer lists and audience segments within Klaviyo.
Assist with customer targeting based on purchasing behaviour, engagement, and demographics.
Maintain clean, organised, and compliant subscriber databases.
???? Reporting & Performance Analysis

Track and analyse campaign performance, including:

Open Rates
Click-Through Rates (CTR)
Conversion Rates
Revenue Attribution
Unsubscribe Rates
Deliverability Metrics

You'll also:

Prepare regular performance reports.
Recommend improvements based on campaign insights.
Assist with A/B testing to optimise campaign performance.
???? Lead Generation & Subscriber Growth
Create and manage signup forms, pop-ups, and embedded forms within Klaviyo.
Support initiatives to grow our email and SMS subscriber database.
Help improve customer acquisition and engagement strategies.
???? Marketing Team Support
Assist with day-to-day Klaviyo account management.
Support campaign coordination across email , website, and other digital marketing channels.
Stay up to date with Klaviyo features, industry trends, and email marketing best practices.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience

? Experience using Klaviyo for email marketing.
? Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
? Ability to analyse campaign performance and interpret marketing data.
? Excellent written English communication skills.
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
? Understanding of email marketing, automation, and customer lifecycle campaigns.

Highly Regarded

? Experience with Shopify.
? Knowledge of customer segmentation and email automation strategies.
? Experience with SMS marketing.
? Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
