We're looking for a Logistics Dispatch Officer who is organised, proactive, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly. If you enjoy coordinating deliveries, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As our Logistics Dispatch Officer, you'll play a vital role in managing daily dispatch operations and ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently across Australia.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate daily customer order dispatch using multiple courier partners
• Prepare, verify, and manage dispatch documentation and shipment details
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues
• Liaise with courier companies regarding pickups, ETAs, and service updates
• Maintain accurate dispatch and tracking information in internal systems
• Support the Customer Service team with delivery enquiries and escalations
• Ensure dispatch schedules and operational procedures are followed accurately

What We're Looking For

? Experienced in logistics, dispatch, transport coordination, or warehouse operations
? Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
? Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
? A confident communicator with strong written and verbal English skills
? Comfortable using spreadsheets, courier portals, and online systems
? A proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience coordinating furniture or bulky item deliveries
• Knowledge of last-mile delivery operations
• Experience supporting Australian customers or businesses
