Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for someone with strong content creation skills who also understands influencer marketing and user-generated content (UGC). You will create engaging content, coordinate with creators, and help grow our brand across different social media platforms.

We're looking for someone who is available to start immediately, communicates proactively, and takes ownership of their work.

Must-Have Qualifications
-At least 2 years of experience in social media management or content marketing.
-Strong PORTFOLIO
-Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
-Experience editing short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
-Experience working with influencers, content creators, or UGC creators.
-Excellent written and spoken English.
-Experience managing social media content calendars.
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Proactive in providing work updates and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
-Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content.
-Design graphics and edit videos for multiple social media platforms.
-Coordinate and communicate with influencers and UGC creators.
-Help organize influencer collaborations and content campaigns.
-Maintain a consistent brand style across all content.
-Schedule and manage content calendars.
-Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
-Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns.
-Provide regular progress updates and complete tasks on schedule.

Nice to Have
-Experience using ClickFunnels, Carrd, or similar landing page platforms.
-Basic knowledge of social media analytics.
-Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for content creation.
-Experience supporting online marketing campaigns.
