Looking for an AI & Tech Virtual Assistant

Remote | Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | PAY: DOE

Homexa? is hiring a high-level Tech VA to help build and support AI systems, automations, and SaaS products inside one of the fastest growing real estate platforms in the country.

This role is for someone obsessed with AI, automation, startups, and building things fast.

You will work directly with leadership on projects involving:

• Replit
• OpenClaw
• AI workflows
• SaaS development
• Automations
• CRM systems
• Internal tools
• AI agents
• Operations systems

This is NOT an entry-level assistant role.
We need someone technical, resourceful, and hungry to grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist with SaaS product development
• Help build and test AI workflows
• Work inside Replit environments
• Help organize and manage OpenClaw systems
• QA testing and bug reporting
• Prompt engineering and AI tool testing
• Research APIs, automations, and integrations
• Document systems and SOPs
• Support internal operations and tech builds
• Help improve backend workflows and automations

Ideal Candidate

• Comfortable with AI tools and technology
• Familiar with Replit, OpenClaw, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Learns quickly without needing hand-holding
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to communicate clearly
• Wants long-term growth in AI and SaaS

Huge Bonus If You Have

• Real estate industry experience
• CRM experience
• SaaS startup experience
• Automation/integration knowledge
• Basic coding knowledge
• Experience with APIs or AI prompting

Compensation

• Starting pay based on experience
