Garden with Helen is an online gardening education company on a mission to help everyday people create thriving gardens and more intentional lives.

We're a small but growing business, and we're looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to creative ideas. If you love learning new technology, solving problems, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to meet you.

This isn't just another VA role.

As our business grows, this position has the opportunity to grow into a long-term leadership role.

What You'll Do

Every day will look a little different, but your work may include:

-Building and managing GoHighLevel/FG Funnels
-Uploading course content and digital products
-Scheduling and publishing social media
-Assisting with email marketing campaigns
-Organizing projects and keeping deadlines on track
-Conducting online research
-Creating simple graphics in Canva
-Coordinating with our video editor
-Using AI tools to improve workflows
-Helping create systems and documentation
-Providing excellent customer support

Experience with GoHighLevel, Canva, ChatGPT, or social media is wonderful but a willingness to learn matters even more.
