Real Estate Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Work From Home)

Norfleet Property Investments is looking for a friendly, confident, and reliable Virtual Assistant to make outbound calls to homeowners in Washington State.

Your role is to contact homeowners from our provided lead lists, introduce our company, determine whether they may be interested in selling their property, and schedule appointments with our acquisitions team.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to homeowners using our script
Build rapport and have friendly conversations
Ask qualifying questions
Record notes after each call
Schedule follow-up appointments with interested homeowners
Maintain a professional and positive attitude on every call
Requirements:

Fluent English with a neutral accent
Previous cold calling experience preferred
Real estate or wholesaling experience is a plus
Reliable internet connection
Quiet workspace
Comfortable making 150–300 calls per day
