I run DTC ecommerce brands and need someone who can take winning competitor video ads and rebuild them better. Fast.

What you'll do:

Study top-performing competitor creatives in our niches and replicate/improve the winning angles
Produce UGC-style video ads at volume for Meta/TikTok using AI tools (Arcads, Higgsfield, etc.)
Iterate based on performance data, not opinions

You must have:

Real direct response experience in ecommerce — you understand hooks, angles, and what makes someone stop scrolling and buy
Proof of ad spend behind your work. Screenshots, case studies, results. No proof, no reply.
Fluency with AI video generation tools and the workflow to ship fast
The ability to turn around creatives consistently, not in bursts

Not for beginners.

Terms: monthly retainer, deliverables agreed upfront. Consistent, ongoing work with room to grow — above average performance gets above average pay.
